Running Golf Carts
Once in awhile, a caddie may be asked to run carts
instead of carrying a bag. This means it is the caddie's
responsibility to perform all of the same chores for ALL the
golfers in the group, except carrying the bag.
Usually the more experienced caddies will receive this
opportunity more often, but it is no different from a regular
loop. It is important to run when needed so that you can
keep up with your group. It is also the caddie's responsibility
to get every pin, every sand trap, and every divot. If a
member asks if you want to ride in a cart, just say, "No
thank you," as caddies aren't allowed to ride on carts.
